In terms of its approved development plan, Nhoxani will eventually consist of up to 14 timber structured houses discretely located across the Concession Property. By law, a percentage of these must be available for rental under a Tourism license. The Shareholders have established 6 houses so far, with another three planned for construction during 2012. The Developer Shareholders are currently installing the improvements to the property in the form of a link road to all demarcated sites, new boreholes, water reticulation and storage facilities and two electrical transformers. Shareholders work with Management to select designs of timber houses combined with Vermont cladding and aluminium roofing in a Cape Cod style architecture. Nhoxani has various approved central facility and bedroom designs, the appropriate Building License and on-site independent contractors. Each house will consist of the essential amenities necessary to make it an attractive Tourism facility.
