A variety of fabulous designs have been approved within a lodge layout concept. The use of wooden structures, combined with Vermont wall cladding and aluminium roofing have been chosen to maximize height and elevation to capture the sea views. The choice of materials allows for a soft impression within the indigenous forest and harmony with nature, while being robust and effective in reducing maintenance.

Exisitng plans have already been approved. It is possible to customize the designs at Shareholders discretion. An experienced architect has been appointed to assist the Shareholders with designs and approvals. Plans are approved by the Department of Public Works before commencement of construction, supported by an appropriate Building License.
