Nhoxani has 6 new sites available directly behind the front row of sites near the water front. Each site has a fantastic charm of its own and will be serviced with road, electricity and water supplies within the next few months.

A variety of house designs have been created to attract visitors. Each site will have a house built on it, reflecting the shareholders’ discretion and choice of components for each dwelling. Please refer to the DESIGN tab for samples of what type of designs and rooms are envisaged.
